Chest-opening yoga: Camel pose (Ustrasana), Bridge pose, Cobra. Breathe deeply into your heart space — inhale love, exhale pain. Hold rose quartz over your heart. Write a letter to someone who hurt you (you don't have to send it). Hug someone for 20 seconds. Pet an animal. Repeat: "I am worthy of love. I give love freely. My heart is safe to open."
