Throat
Explore your Throat Chakra: signs you can't speak your truth, what authentic expression feels like, healing practices, crystals, and mantras.
Words flow like poetry. You speak your truth without trembling and listen without planning your response. Your voice carries weight — not because you're loud, but because you're authentic. You can say "I love you" and "I'm hurt" with the same ease. Silence doesn't scare you because you know your words have power. You sing in the car, speak up at work, and write what your soul needs to say.
You swallow your words like pills. Your throat tightens when you need to speak up. You replay conversations in your head, always wishing you'd said something different. Your jaw clenches. You get sore throats that have no medical explanation. You lie — small lies, white lies, lies by omission — because the truth feels too dangerous. You feel invisible in group conversations, like your voice doesn't matter.
Sing. Even badly — especially badly. Hum in the shower. Read poetry aloud. Say what you're actually thinking in one conversation today. Neck stretches and lion's breath (Simhasana). Wear blue at your throat — a scarf, a necklace. Place lapis lazuli on your throat during meditation. Journal the words you couldn't say. Repeat: "My voice matters. My truth is worth hearing. I speak with courage and clarity."
HAM — I speak my truth. My voice is clear. My words carry the power of authenticity.
