IdolSaju is an entertainment service that provides astrological compatibility readings based on Korean Saju (사주) traditions between users and K-Pop idols. Our service is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as factual relationship advice.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
⭐ IdolSaju is for entertainment purposes only. Compatibility readings are based on traditional Korean astrology concepts and do not represent real relationships with K-Pop artists.
We make no claims about the accuracy of astrological readings or compatibility scores. Results are generated algorithmically based on birth date calculations and should be enjoyed as a fun fan experience.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
🤖 All idol images displayed on IdolSaju are AI-generated artwork created using artificial intelligence. These images are NOT photographs of real people.
Important information about our imagery:
- No Real Photos: We do not use actual photographs of K-Pop idols
- AI Artwork: All idol portraits are generated by AI image synthesis technology
- Coincidental Resemblance: Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and unintentional
- No Endorsement: The AI-generated images do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or relationship with actual K-Pop artists or their agencies
- Fan Entertainment: These images are created solely for fan entertainment purposes as artistic interpretations
By using IdolSaju, you acknowledge that all idol imagery is AI-generated artwork and not representative of actual individuals. We respect the rights of all artists and their agencies.
5. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate birth date information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
- Not share your account with others
6. Payments & Subscriptions
For premium features:
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €4.99
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Premium readings (€2.99) are one-time purchases
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of IdolSaju is owned by us. K-Pop idol names and publicly available information are used for fan entertainment purposes. We are not affiliated with any K-Pop entertainment agencies or artists.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
- Scrape or collect data from our service
- Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms
- Harass other users or misrepresent yourself
- Share content that violates others' rights
9. Limitation of Liability
IdolSaju is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
