1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IdolSaju, operated by Devin Lemcke Capital UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bahrenfelder Kirchenweg 36, 22761 Hamburg, Germany (HRB 171035, Amtsgericht Hamburg), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

IdolSaju is a platform that provides personalized readings based on authentic Korean Saju (사주) astrology. Our services include Saju profile analysis, compatibility readings, daily fortunes, yearly readings, horoscopes, MBTI readings, K-Pop idol matching, and cosmic questions. Readings are for personal insight and exploration and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

3. Disclaimer

While our Saju calculations are based on authentic traditional methods, individual results may vary. Readings should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

4. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading content to IdolSaju, you agree that:

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you upload
• Rights: You have the necessary rights or permissions to upload the content
• No Infringement: Your uploads do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Accuracy: Images you upload accurately represent the idol they are associated with
• License: By uploading, you grant IdolSaju a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the content on our platform
• Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion

IdolSaju acts as a platform for user-generated content. We do not claim ownership of uploaded images and are not responsible for verifying the copyright status of user uploads. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without permission, please see our DMCA Policy below.

5. Image Sources & Attribution

IdolSaju uses photographs of K-Pop idols that are licensed under Creative Commons (CC) licenses, primarily from Wikimedia Commons. These licenses allow for sharing and adaptation with proper attribution.

Attribution Compliance:

• License Types: We use CC0 (Public Domain), CC-BY, and CC-BY-SA licensed images
• Attribution Display: Hovering over any idol image displays the photographer name and license type
• Source Links: Clicking the attribution badge links to the original Wikimedia Commons page
• Full Attribution: Complete attribution data is available at /idols/attributions.json

If you are a photographer whose work appears on IdolSaju and would like your attribution updated or your image removed, please contact us at images@idolsaju.com.

6. DMCA Policy & Copyright

Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If you believe that content on IdolSaju infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material to be removed (with URL)
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth date information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Not share your account with others

8. Payments & Stardust Credits

IdolSaju uses a credit-based system called Stardust (✦) to access premium readings:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Stardust credits are purchased as one-time credit packs (no subscriptions)
• Each reading or question costs ✦1 Stardust credit
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Credits are non-refundable once used; unused credits may be refunded on a case-by-case basis
• Some features (e.g. Fortune Cookie) are free and do not require credits

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of IdolSaju is owned by us. K-Pop idol names and publicly available information are used for fan entertainment purposes. We are not affiliated with any K-Pop entertainment agencies or artists.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Scrape or collect data from our service
• Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms
• Harass other users or misrepresent yourself
• Share content that violates others' rights

11. Limitation of Liability

IdolSaju is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
