What Happens After You File

We review your notice

We verify it contains all required information

Content is removed

We promptly remove or disable access to the content

Uploader is notified

We inform the user who uploaded the content

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification containing:

Identification of the removed material and its former location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy
